Digital Technology is looking for an ERP Portfolio Lead - Finance & Supply Chain Management
The Work You Will Be Involved In:
As an ERP Portfolio Lead this position is responsible for delivering functional area leadership for people, process and technology changes within the goals and objectives of the ERP Program. Aligned primarily to the Finance and Supply Chain Management SAP functions, this position will bring the relevant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to the ERP Program and will be responsible to plan and support the business transformation and business processes.
- Collaborates with the ERP Program team, and the Finance and Supply Chain Departments to prepare for, plan and implement system and business process changes.
- Participates in ERP Program activities related to the Finance and Supply Chain Management functional areas and meets commitments in a timely manner.
- Leads team members through issues encountered in the design and implementation of solutions.
- Provides oversight and leadership to Finance and Supply Chain Management Module design, development, configuration, integration, testing and deployment, and change management activities.
- Communicates to develop client “buy in” and support, implementation strategies, formulate project plans and address specific issues that may arise during implementation in an operating environment.
- Identifies project risks and communicates credible alternatives and solutions to issues.
- Leads team members on quantifying critical data for finance and supply chain management decision making, guides the team on data decision making related to clean up or disposal of historic data.
- Assists with the development of project scope, budget and priorities.
- Is a positive spokes-person for the ERP Program across the organization, and works with others to accomplish ERP goals.
- Establishes end to end business processes that impact multiple divisions in establishing standard business process related to identifying, planning, scheduling, assigning, executing, and analytical follow up on work.
- Collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to determine and deliver recommendations and decisions within their program role.
- Leads the development of policies and procedures specific to the ERP program for the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.
- Acts as the definitive source of knowledge, technique or expertise in the area of Finance and Supply Chain Management and acts as ambassador for their knowledge area.
- Collaborates with experts to support organizational change management and communications impacting their portfolios.
- Supports the development of and coordinates user training and required materials.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Finance & Supply Chain Management Expertise: Applies deep knowledge of finance and supply chain processes to design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end business processes within an ERP environment.
- Business Process Design & Optimization: Designs and implements efficient, scalable, and integrated business processes that support organizational performance and data-driven decision making.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and achieve program outcomes.
- Knowledge Sharing & Capability Building: Develops organizational capability by sharing expertise, mentoring others, and promoting continuous learning.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in commerce, engineering, or related field.
- A professional designation in Supply Chain Management (SCMP) would be considered an asset.
- 7 to 9 years’ experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management with relevant business process design and SAP experience including 5 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in procurement transformations, source-to-contract (S2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), data analysis, master data, and inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and gain knowledge from the ERP consultants & specialists and become a functional area leader for business process change.
- Demonstrates organizational skills and is self-directed.
- Ability to articulate ideas, concepts, messages, and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics and can relate to people within the organization to support strategic project goals.
- Demonstrated ability to educate others with a willingness to share information.
- Demonstrated ability to make complex decisions while considering the “big picture” perspective, with a defensible and consistent process.
- Demonstrated ability of successful complex problem solving analysis and skills to successfully implement change.

Salary Range: $126,966.24 to $149,185.20 CAD per annum (2026 rates)
