City Clerk

The City Clerk’s Office oversees and administers the City's legislative process including elections, Council and Committee meetings, maintenance of the public record, and City archives. 
 

The Office of Public Policy and Government Relations is primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all levels of government, Indigenous organizations, community partners and other relevant stakeholders.   

 

The Office of the City Solicitor provides general and specialized legal services for the City.
